Can I change my pickup date?

Yes. Pickup dates can be changed. Please contact our office to make arrangements. Additional fees may be applied depending on the availability of our products.

Can I change my order before it's delivered?

Yes. Within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery, contact our office for assistance with changing your order.

Do I need to be home for my delivery and pickup?

Yes. Someone 18 years or older will need to be at the location at time of delivery.

What if I need more bins or supplies after my delivery?

No problem at all. Just contact our office for any additional bins/supplies that are needed and we will add it to your order and get it delivered ASAP for an additional $25 delivery fee.

Can I order fewer than 20 bins?

Yes. Contact our office for a minimum order.

Can you deliver or pickup from a second story?

Our standard delivery of bins and supplies is to the ground floor or places that have elevator access. Any delivery or pickup that involves climbing stairs would be an additional $40 fee.

What is the service area?

Special arrangements can be made for locations considered just outside our standard delivery zone. Contact our office for more information and additional pricing.

Can I use EZPak Bins for a long distance move?

We cannot go out of state at this time, but please contact our office to see if arrangements can be made.

Are EZPak Bins cleaned between each service?

All bins and supplies are cleaned and sanitized after each use.
