We are just a short drive away. It takes around 15 minutes to reach us from most locations in the Nees Avenue area, not even counting a quick stop at the Dutch Bros on Herndon.

The most direct driving direction to our business center from the middle of the northeast Fresno area is below:

1. Drive south along Fresno Street or First Street to get from Nees Avenue to Herndon Avenue.
2. Head west on Herndon Boulevard and cross the 99 interchange.
3. Continue on Herndon until you reach our area near Golden State Boulevard on Fresno's west side.

That's it. Only three turning maneuvers in the whole trip, and one straight shot down Herndon. You're completely free to forgo freeway merges if you would like. Of course, you could also take the 41 south to the 99, which works great too. With its proximity to Nees and Blackstone, it takes less than a minute to get onto the freeway from the 41 on-ramp.

Nees Avenue between Fresno Street and Willow Avenue is bustling all year long. Traffic included. This strip is packed with homes on the market.
